About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our Cebu, Philippines office, where you’ll provide excellent support to our English-speaking clients. This role demands high proficiency in English, as you will be responsible for engaging effectively with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide responsive, accurate customer support in English (C1 level) via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Order Processing: Support customers with placing, tracking, and managing orders, resolving any issues related to their requests.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and document customer feedback to improve service quality and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level) is required, both spoken and written.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role or client-facing position; experience in a high-volume environment is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries from a diverse clientele.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office; experience with order management tools is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
