Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at our Tashkent, Uzbekistan location. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple regions. Your language proficiency in Spanish, German, Turkish, and Ukrainian will be crucial to serving our diverse client base effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide responsive and courteous support to customers in Spanish, German, Turkish, and Ukrainian via phone, email, and in-person as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers in placing, tracking, and managing orders, handling any related issues promptly.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to enhance service quality and report to relevant teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, German, Turkish, and Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service or client-facing role; experience in a multilingual environment is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office; experience with order management software is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Team-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
