Junior Web Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy, and growth-driven Junior Web Developer to join our squad. If you’re comfortable with the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and want to dive into the world of AI-powered development, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be working on clean, scalable, high-performance applications while learning directly from experienced developers. If building cool things, writing clean code, and staying ahead of tech trends excite you — this role has your name on it.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance web applications using the PERN stack
• Develop responsive and modern UI components with React.js
• Support backend features using Node.js + Express.js
• Handle database operations in PostgreSQL
• Integrate AI APIs, automation workflows, and smart features (training included)
• Ensure smooth communication between frontend & backend using REST APIs
• Debug, fix bugs, and optimize performance like a pro
• Collaborate in an Agile team, participate in code reviews, and share ideas
• Write clean, well-documented, future-friendly code

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL
• Solid grip on HTML5, CSS3 (Bootstrap/Tailwind/MUI) & JavaScript ES6+
• Basic understanding of REST APIs & web architecture
• Comfort with SQL queries & relational database concepts
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration
• Eagerness to learn and adapt — especially with AI tools & new technologies

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with Git & GitHub
• Basic exposureto AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Knowledge of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and component libraries
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
