Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and URLs.
• Implement link-building and outreach campaigns.
• Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand voice.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and create monthly reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends and emerging platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Years of hands-on experience in SEO and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) to create simple creatives.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
• Good understanding of WordPress & Social Media Platforms
