Admin Executive

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as an Admin cum Front Desk Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression.

  1. Answer and direct incoming call in a courteous and timely manner. 
  1. Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere. 
  1. Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and the public with professionalism and efficiency. 
  1. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. 
  1. Manage and maintain petty cash, office supplies, and equipment. 
  1. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. 
  1. Assist in organizing company events and activities. 
  1. Register and announce visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed. 
  1. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth visitor experiences. 
  1. Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
